Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to theboxwright.com and your purchase of custom packaging products and related services from The Boxwright. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

The Boxwright provides custom packaging design support, manufacturing, and fulfillment services including mailer boxes, folding cartons, corrugated boxes, rigid boxes, kraft packaging, bags, and related print services.

Quotes, Orders & Payment

Quotes are estimates based on information you provide and may change if specifications change. Orders are confirmed upon written approval and receipt of payment according to your invoice. Custom orders generally require full payment before production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Artwork & Proofs

You are responsible for supplying accurate artwork and approving proofs before production. Approved proofs authorize us to manufacture to the approved specifications.

Production & Lead Times

Standard production timelines are typically 8–12 business days after proof approval unless otherwise quoted. Rush services may be available upon request.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping terms and carriers are specified in your order confirmation. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise stated. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Cancellations

Because products are custom-made, cancellations and returns are limited. See our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of artwork and trademarks you provide. You grant us a limited license to use your artwork solely to fulfill your order.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Boxwright is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in San Diego County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
